Clients may seek coaching for help with navigating complex challenges, making sustainable changes, enhancing their performance, strengthening working relationships, or even determining how coaching can best serve them.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching focuses on setting goals, leveraging and building the client’s self-awareness to identify opportunities for choice, and identifying new strategies for action. By engaging in reflective practices, clients are able to broaden their perspectives on challenges and deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationship to challenges and change. Iterations of this process may take place within each coaching session and across an entire engagement.
Team Coaching
Team coaching focuses on identifying the existing patterns of the team, collaborating on goal-setting, and strategizing more desirable behaviors. Team coaching also focuses on enhancing trust, transparency, and psychological safety, such that team members build their awareness of individual contributions to patterns and opportunities to contribute to change, at the same time they support others doing the same. Team coaching can be supplemented by individual coaching as well.
